I have lived at Jefferson Arms for almost a year and have been very satisfied with it. The management is nice, I’ve only had to call maintenance once for a dripping shower and they came and fixed it that day. The pool is always clean and well taken care of. It is really nice to never have a utility bill to pay, and cable is included too. It’s a nice location; you can walk to the library and the IMAX movie theater. Over all I’d say Jefferson Arms is a pretty good place to live.

The law school is within a 5 minute walk. The apartments are older, but maintenance has done a good job of fixing things as they break. You can’t expect to be living in the White House for $600 a month right next to campus, but I am pleased with how quickly my apartment has become my home.

I am a law student at Florida State and I couldn’t get any closer to the law school than if I lived there! Because most of my neighbors are also in the law school, the complex is very quiet during the weekdays. Finding quiet for studying has never been an issue. The price is low and the walk to class is perfect.

I just moved out of a 4/4 with girls who must have been allergic to dish soap and scooping their cat litter, so this place is HEAVEN! I think the apartment is around 550 square feet, which is way bigger than most of the one bedrooms I was looking at. It is the perfect size for one person. The office staff has been extremely helpful since I had to move in at a really weird time of the year. They had an apartment ready for me the DAY I signed my lease. I really like it here.

Jefferson Towers apartments were a breath of fresh air as far as student-focused apartments go around Tallahassee. Less than a block away from Diffenbaugh and right across the street from the Law School, it is one of the most convenient places to live around campus. Units are one bedroom and are big enough for one person, with a very well-sized kitchen (much better than most bigger apartments I’ve looked at).

I decided to move into a studio for my last year of school. I have had enough with roommates that wouldn’t do dishes and wouldn’t take care of their dogs. I moved into Jefferson Arms and I wish I’d made that choice years ago! I didn’t need a lot of space, so the studio was perfect for me. The best part was how close it was to campus and that ALL of my utilities were included, even cable! I’m back at home now, I wish I had found it earlier.
